A tube of your choice

Sorry, I don't know who to credit for the masks, any information would be appreciated.
Free Font "GREAT LAKES" available at 1001 Free Fonts
Open your masks and save in your masks folder.
Open your photograph and resize to approx 120*160. The width does not have to be longer than the length
Choose two colours from your photo and select your foreground as
gradient foreground/background
Linear
Angle 45
Repeats 5
New Raster layer
Fill new layer with gradient.
Apply mask TLC slate-01
If you wish, you can rotate this layer 90 degrees.
Once satisfied, Image > Add border > 3 in background colour.
Open a new image 500*500 pixels.
Copy and paste as new layer the new image you just created.
Duplicate this image four times and place in a cross pattern.
Feel free to experiment and place in different patterns of your choice.
Merge all layers
Add drop shadow, V and H 2, Opacity 50, blur 5
New layer.
Fill with gradient.
Apply Mask Tp_edge 5
Merge group
Apply Antique Mosaic Glass (settings below)

Open your tube and resize if necessary.
Apply tube and move to left side.
Apply drop shadow as before.
Duplicate and mirror tube layer.
Ensure bottom of tube is level with bottom of photo images.
Use guidelines if necessary
Merge all layers
Resize (all layers unchecked) by 90%
Move the image to the top.
Select preset shapes.
Swap your foreground and background. Hide your background.
Select a dot dash line, width 3.
Draw a rectangle just inside the border of your tag and ending below the image.
Convert to raster.
Now draw a rectangle box under the image to the edges of the canvas.
Convert to raster and erase the top line of this box so only one line appears under the image.
Using "Great Lakes" font, foreground solid, background gradient size 42, stroke width 1
type out your name and then make sure it is in the box. I stretched mine out to touch the
outer edges of the tube, your decision.
Apply drop shadow V1, H0, Opacity 80, Blur 1
Add copyright info and watermark.
Finished!
