Eye Candy Impact > Glass (or any of the eye candy glass effects)

Let's Begin!

1. Open your image, I suggest you resize it to 400 pixels on the longest side. Adjust >Sharpen, if you have resized it. Select a light colour from your image for the background and a dark for the foreground.

2. Select All Image > Add Borders > Symmetric Checked > 2 Colour = your background colour
Select Invert (this selects the border you just created)
Optional I chose to fill this first border with a gold fill.

3. Keep selected and add an inner bevel at the above settings . Select none.

4. Image > add borders> symmetric checked > 1 colour - background
Image > add borders> symmetric checked > 1 colour -foreground Select all
Image > add borders> symmetric checked > 15 Colour - background Select invert

5. Having the 15 pixel border selected, go to Effects > VM Distortion > Smallpox using the default settings.

6. Repeat Smallpox effect. Keep selected.

7. Effects > 3d effects > Cutout using settings above. Select none.

8. Select All Image > Add Borders > 25 > Background colour.

9. Select Invert. Effects> Plugins> vm distortion > tiles a go go (settings above)
10 Effects Plugins > simple tile > Quick tile
11. repeat cutout as before.
12. Repeat step 8
13 Select invert. Add gold fill. Add Eye Glass Impact Glass at factory settings.
14 Don't forget to add the copyright details and your watermark.
