Open a new image 400 *400 pixels.
Open your tube.
Choose either a dark and light contrasting colour from your tube or actual colors from the tube.
Gradient settings
Gradients >Foreground/Background
Angle 90
Repeats 5
Texture Unchecked
Style Linear
Click fill in your blank image.
Effects>Images>Plugins>Funhouse>Chaos Mirror >uncertainty 72
With your magic wand select the full colours at each corner.
and click delete.
Image resize by 90 per cent, all layers checked.

Duplicate this layer and rotate Right >Free 45 degrees. Both boxes unchecked.
this will take away the "blunt edges".
Merge visible
Add drop shadow
Vertical 2
Horizontal 2
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Color Black
Repeat this just changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -2.
Copy your tube and paste as new layer.
Resize if necessary.
Add both drop shadows same settings as above.
Add your text,
Settings
Vector
Size 36 (may vary depending how many letters you use!)
Stroke 2
Line Solid.
Foreground - metal gradient
Background - original gradient.
Add drop shadow to text
Vertical 1
Horizontal 0
Opacity 80
Blur 1
Add Bevel to text
I moved the tube layer above the text, so it looks as if she is resting on it.
Add any copyright and your watermark.
And you are done :)
