Alienskin Constellation (optional)
Open your choice of paper from JollyHolly and resize to 400*400 pixels.
Promote to full layer and load your mask.
Merge group.
Add drop shadow V1,H0, Opacity 80 Blur 3.
Open a flower from the kit and place in the centre of the image.
Resize to 150*150 pixels.

Add same drop shadow as before.
Resize by 85% (All Layers unchecked).
Add any embellishments you like and your tube. Add drop shadows.
Text.
If you do not have constellation, you could use a glitter fill
or add noise to the inner colour on each layer
I used Janis font, but use any. I had vector checked, size 48, Stroke 2.
Close your text layers and merge all others visible.
Convert text to raster layer and duplicate twice.
Top layer - using Alienskin Constellation at the following settings :-
Star Size 1.98
Size Variation 24
Edge Star Density 33
Overall Star Density 15
Overdrive 24
Twinkle Amount 30
Background Fill
Keep Original Image.
Apply to each of your text layers, changing just the random seed.
