GET INTO GEAR!
You will need:
Corel Paint Shop Pro
A brightly coloured tube.
DSB Flux Filters here

This is a simple, quick tag.
Open your tube.
Open a new image 400*400.
Using your select tool draw a rectangle about these settings
Start at (X 120, Y 100) end at (x 370, Y 350)
Select two different colours from your tube and in your materials palette
Gradient, Foreground Background, Angle 90, Repeats 10. Style Radial.
Fill the selected Rectangle.
Select None.
Effects>plugins>dsbflux>gears
Settings Gears 50
Strength 50
Duplicate layer, mirror.
Merge visible layers.
Now add your tube and resize if necessary.
Add drop shadow H&V 1 Opacity 80 Blur 5 Color - choose either your foreground or background colour.
Repeat drop shadow just changing H&V to -1
Add your text. I used a much lighter shade of the pink.
Check Create as Vector, Anti-Alias,
size 48.
Add same drop shadow as before.
Add Inner bevel,

Color White
In your layer palette change the blend mode of your text layer to Screen.
Add any copyright details and watermarks.
Save as transparent Gif.
