You will need
My supplies
~A photo of your choice.
Virgin Regular Font.
Open a new image 500*500
Fill with the funbkg.
Layers load mask > Mask 095> Source Luminance>fit to layer>show all mask.
Merge group.
Do not add a drop shadow.
Image resize by 120%
New Layer
Fill with paper 2.
Add mask as before.
Merge group.
Image resize, this layer only by 110%
Add drop shadow V&H 2, Drop shadow 30, Blur 3. repeat changing V&H to -2.
New Layer.
Fill with funbkg.
Add mask as before.
Merge group.
Add drop shadows, same settings as before.
Edit copy frame and paste as new layer.
Move to the top of the middle mask layer.
close off all mask layers.
Select centre of frame.
Selections >Modify >expand by 2
new layer.
Open photo and copy and paste into selection on new layer.
Selections >Float Photo layer.
Effects>3d effects>Cutout V&H 2, Opacity 80, Blur 5.
Repeat cutout changing settings to -2.
Reopen all layers.
Move photo layer to below frame layer.
Open ribbon and Edit > Copy, Edit >paste as new layer.
Ensure it is in the right postion.
Add drop shadow.
Open fleur image. Edit copy > paste as new layer.
Duplicate twice and place under photo. (see my image)
Change background to color #3C0038 purple.
Font Virgin Regular
Vector checked
Anti Alias checked
Size 48
Stroke Width 0
Type in name.
Objects>align>horiz.centre in Canvas.
Inner bevel settings below.
Drop shadow. V 1, H 0, Opacity 80 Blur 1.
Save file in pspformat and open in
Jasc Animation Shop.
In Animation Shop
Edit copy>paste after current frame.
Repeat this until you have 12 identical frames.
Select all.
Open starani file.
Select all
and drag and drop the first frame of starani into position at the bottom of the photoframe
on frame 1 of your image. Make sure both columns of stars are showing.
All the star ani frames should follow.
Your 12th image should have no stars, causing a pause in the animation.
If you are not happy, just click undo and start again.
Finally, with all your frames still selected, Animation, Frame Properties 25
