It's Cold Outside
You will need:
Corel PSP
Andrews Filters Collection 56
Shape
A tube of your choice. I am using the artwork of Ayumi K.
Tubes Available at Artists that Allow
Open a new image 400*400
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize if necessary, remembering to leave
room underneath for your text.
Duplicate this layer and Images>Mirror.
Place the two images so they are central.
Merge visible.
Duplicate merged layer.
On the lower merged layer, Effects, Mosaic Antique
Settings
No. of Columns and rows, 100. Symmetric Checked.
Tile Diffusion 70
Grout Width 4
Grout Diffusion 50
Go to top layer.
Effects>plugins>Andrews Filters 56> bits here> default settings
Red X 20
Red Y 14
Green x 13
Blue x 11
Blue y 7
Change blend mode to soft light.
Your tube should still be on your clipboard, so just edit>paste as new layer and it should appear.
Add drop shadow
H&V 2
Opacity 60
Blur 4
Repeat changing H&V to -2.
Open your shape and copy paste as new layer.
You may need to resize this depending on the length of the name, message used.
Duplicate the shape so you have enough for each letter.

Make sure that each frame's edge overlaps so that they are all the same width.

Make sure your tube is just touching the top of the shapes,
don't worry about some mosaic pattern beneath.
Merge all shape layers. Use the guideline to centre it.
Place text.
I used a light shade from my tube for my background colour.
Font settings at size 34, Vector and Anti alias checked.
Copperplate Gothic Light Font. Use any font of your choice.
I placed guidelines to find the centre of each diamond and placed the text to match.
Once you are happy with your text convert your vector layer to raster.
Add an inner bevel

Finally, if you find your mosaic background touches the top edge of your image,
use your eraser, set at default settings, size 15 to curve around the top, so you avoid sharp lines.
