| Open your heart mask in psp Open a new image 500*500 Copy and paste background of your choice right click on this layer in the layers menu and select New Mask Layer > from image. Select your heart mask, source luminance check, inverted unchecked Merge group. Duplicate this layer. Image>Flip Open doily and copy,paste as new layer. Resize by 80%, all layers unchecked. Open glitterdoodle and paste as new layer Resize by 80% Duplicate, mirror. You can fiddle with the placement of these nearer the end *** Open heart and heart 2. Resize by 80% and paste as new layer to both hearts. Mirror the second heart. You should now have something like this ***REMEMBER, PLACEMENTS CAN BE TWEAKED AT THE END.*** I found it easier to picture the frames in a new image. Open a new image 500*300. Open your picture frame and resize by 80% twice. this gives a better end quality than resizing once by a large amount. Open your photo and resize down to 500*300 or nearabouts. Try to keep the aspect the same. Select all open parts in your frame, look for sneaky bits around the ribbon!! Select, modify expand by 2. New raster layer. Edit, Paste photo into selection. Keep selected Move this layer to below the frames. Select, Float. Effects, 3d effects, Cutout using these settings V5,H5, Opacity 50, Blur 10. Repeat cutout changing V and H to -5. Select none. Your new image should like something like this.
Merge all layers. Edit Copy and Paste on to your Original image as a new layer. ***You can now rearrange your hearts and doodles to please yourself. Add tube and copyright info. Lynne's Kits have so many elements, we really are spoilt for choice. Choose some of your own to embellish and add final touches. Adding Text I used one of the journalling tags. Open the image, crop to one tag, resize and add text in font and colours of choice. Add a slight bevel and drop shadow, settings below. I added beads, a butterfly and the star brads, but feel free to experiment.
