PADDED FRAME

You will need:-
Andrews Filters 14
Image of choice.
Open your image and resize if necessary so the longest size is no more than 350 pixels.
Select a light colour as foreground and darker as background colours.
Keep Symmetric checked in your add borders throughout.
Select all
Image > Add Border > 2 > Foreground colour.
Select all >float> Effects> 3d effects > Cutout

Select all
Image > Add Border> 25 > Background colour
Select invert
Andrews Filters 14 > roundorxandy settings below
*** Add inner bevel settings below
Repeat from *** to *** twice more.
Image > Add borders > 10 > colour not in image.
Select border.
fill with gold gradient and use this bevel, changing only the shape of the bevel.
