You will need
Photograph from morgue file. I searched under "africa trees"
2 tubes of a similar theme.
I used the artwork of Eric Wilson.
Supplies including 2 tubes I used and sand tile.

Open your photograph. Window duplicate and close original.
Resize to approx.450 wide. Lock Aspect Ratio checked.
Choose a color from your tag. I used #82561C
Click on it on your materials palette and note down the Hue and Saturation.

Adjust>Hue and Saturation>colorise> change the hue and saturation to the numbers you have noted down.
Click ok and you will colorise your photos.
Adjust>Add Noise> Uniform checked, 65, Monochrome checked.
New Layer.
Fill with your chosen colour.
Open your sand tile and copy.
Select all in working image and paste into selection.
Effects>Distortion Effects>Wind> Strength 100 from left.
Reduce opacity of this layer to 80

Select a rectangle starting at the top left edge and across to approx. 85 pixels. All the way down
Keep selected.
Adjust>Brightness and Contrast > Brightness/Contrast Settings Brightness 83 Contrast -3.

Effects> Textures>Blinds>Width 4, Opacity 33, Color - your chosen color -
Horizontal unchecked.
Light from Left/Top Checked.
Open smaller tube and mirror, so lions head is facing to your right.
Copy and paste smaller tube.
Place in bottom left of main dark area (see my image for help)
Delete, which cuts away any tube in the light area.
Change blend mode of this layer to Luminance Legacy and reduce opacity to 50
Open your large tube and paste as new layer. Resize as necessary. ( I resized by 65%)
Add drop shadow H&V 2, Opacity 60, blur 4. Repeat changing H&V to -2.
New Layer.
Choose a bold text,Engravers MT Bold, the size will depend on the length of text,
I chose size 60, anti alias checked, Floating text.
Image> rotate> free rotate> all boxes unchecked, Right, 90.
Place text in central position of light area (see my image)
Add inner bevel
Settings
Bevel Round
Width 15
Smoothness 5
Depth 4
Ambience 5
Shininess 40
Angle 315
Intensity 30
Elevation 50
Color White

Adjust brightness/contrast - same settings as before.
Using your pen tool and a guide line,
draw a line using a gold gradient vertically to divide the light from the dark.
Line width 5.
Convert to raster, duplicate and move duplicate layer slightly to the right of the original.

Image add border > symmetric checked, 2, Black.
Image add border > symmetric checked 5, White. Select and fill with gold.
Add both drop shadows, same settings as before.
Add copyright info.
