Scenic Frame

You will need:
Corel PSP
Corner Dings (optional)
Silver Gradient
Filters
Dsb Flux
Gregs Factory Output II (optional)
Simple Filters (optional)
Open your image and resize to 300 pixels the longest side.
Duplicate this image.
Minimize the one.
Go to your working image and select all
Image Add Border 1 symmetric checked. Fill with any colour.
Select invert. Fill with silver gradient.
Apply Greg's Pool Shadow at Settings Below
Select all.
Image Add Border 25 using a medium colour from your image.
Select invert.
Add blinds using a grey, the shade depends on the other colour, decide for yourself

Keep selected and float.
Effects 3d effects Cutout.
Use settings below and then repeat changing V and H to -3
Select All
Image Add Border 2 Fill with any colour
Select invert. Fill with silver gradient.
Apply Gregs Pool Shadow same settings as before
Image add border 1 fill with medium colour.
Select All
Image Add Border 2 Fill with any colour
Select invert. Fill with silver gradient.
Apply Gregs Pool Shadow same settings as before
Select all
Image Add border 30 in any colour
Select invert.
Open your original image and copy
Edit paste into selection.
apply dsb flux > Spiderweb at the settings below

Select all
Image add border 2
Select Invert
Fill with silver gradient
Add Gregs Pool Shadow, same settings as before.
Select all
Image add border 30 in medium colour.
Add blinds, same settings as before
Add cutout, both settings same as before.
Select all
Image add border 30 in any colour.
Fill with silver gradient.
Apply bevel, settings below.
If you want to, add corners. I supplied a link to some corner dings, but use anything you have.
Make sure the corner is on a new layer.
I added the same bevel as before to the corner and a drop shadow - settings below.
If you have simple filters you can use top left mirror and it will add to remaining 3 corners.
