Scraps of Christmas
You will need:
Lisa's Sophisticated Scraps Scrap Kit Winter Magic.
Lisa has allowed me to include her zip file

Photo of choice
Open your photograph. We are going to add a blue tint to this.
Go to Adjust >Color balance > Automatic Color Balance
Settings :-
Strength 100
Check Remove Color Cast
Temperature 9300 Merge layers.
Open one of SS's Winter Magic Frames.
I rotated my choice 90 degrees to the right and resized it to 360* wide.
With your selection tool, set to rectangle, tolerance and feather at 0, draw out a
rectangle that overlaps the border of the frame.
New raster layer,
Copy and paste your photo into the selection on your new raster layer.
Move photo layer below frame and select all, select float.
Effects, 3d effects, cutout
V&H 1, Opacity 100, Blur 10.
Repeat changing V&H to -1.
Open a new image 500*500.
Select all.
Open SS Winter Magic - paper 7.
Edit Copy_paste into selection of working image.
Edit copy, paste as new layer your photo and frame image.
Move this image higher up slightly.
Open the SS Winter Magic - Ice Swirl.
Resize to 400 pixels wide.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Place under the frame so it peeks beneath.
Duplicate layer.
Mirror image.
Place the two swirls to suit. (Check my image for guidance)
Merge two swirl layers.
Duplicate.
Move duplicated swirls so they are peeking over the top of the image.
Select all, select float, select defloat.
Now stand on your frame image and carefully erase the frame so the scroll below is "over" the frame.
Erase the frame in other places, your choice.
Add drop shadow to swirl layers, V&H 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5. Repeat changing V&H to -2.
New layer. Add embellishments of your choice.
I resized the snowflakes to corner the frame and then resized them to a much smaller size
and added a few to the edges.
Open wordart and copy, paste as new layer. Place at bottom of image.
Add drop shadow, V 1, H 0, opacity 80, Blur 1.
Finally add your name in a script style font and place to your liking.
I added the same drop shadow to my name and an inner bevel
Settings:
Merge all Layers. Add border, symmetric checked, 1, color #646D76
Add border, symmetric checked, 10, color #E6D6B5
Select this border, select float, Effects, 3d effects, cutout
Settings
V&H 1, Opacity 50, Blur 3
Repeat changing V&H to -1.
Add border, symmetric checked, 10, color #C1D1E1
Cutout effect as before.
