Titled Frame
I thought this would be a fun and useful way to display personal photos.

You will need:
Corel PSP
My supplies
Feel free to be creative and go your own way!
Open your image and resize to 300* on the longest side.
Image Add Border 1 (symmetric checked) Black (use any color from your image if you prefer)
Image Add Border 20 fill with white
Image > Effects Texture Effects > Fur (settings below)
Repeat fur texture.
Inner bevel use round preset, if you do not have this the settings are shown below.
Image Add border SYMMETRIC UNCHECKED settings below
Fill with glitter pattern.
Image Add Border 25 fill with white.
Add fur texture twice as before and then round bevel.
Open your metal plaque and place below your inner frame.
Text Copperplate Gothic Size 30 Stroke 0 fill glitter. Floating
Add your text.
With text still floating add bevel.
Add embellishments of your choice. The diamond is supplied if you would like to use it.
