You will need
Filters - VM Distortion
A picture of your choice.
I am using the artwork of Eric Wilson. Visit his site here
Open your image and resize to no larger than 350* on the longest side.
Choose a light and dark colour from your image for your foreground and background.
Image add border, symmetric checked, 1, black.
Select all, select float, Effects 3d effects cutout,
V and H 2, Opacity 100, Blur 6. Repeat this cut out changing V&H to -2.
Select None.
Image, Add border, 25, to select your light colour, right click on the color box and an image will appear where
you can choose your foreground or background. Choose your foreground.
Select this border and Effects > Vm Distortion> The Black hole at these settings

Select None.
Add border, 25 pixels , select your dark colour.
Select this border and add VM Distortion > The Black Hole at these settings

Add inner bevel, same settings as before.
Add any copyright info, save!
